HELLO, I'M JESSICA.

A full spectrum doula deeply committed to supporting families on their unique journeys into parenthood. Alongside my doula practice, I'm pursuing additional certifications as a lactation consultant and birth photographer. My passion stems from recognizing the profound impact of comprehensive support during pregnancy and early parenting on the well-being of families.

My journey has been guided by a fascination with the connection between practical support in the early days of parenting, perinatal mental health interventions, and their lasting positive effects on family well-being and parental confidence. I firmly believe that early interventions in these areas can strengthen the bond between parent and baby, fostering a secure foundation for the family unit.

My dedication to supporting parents began in 2018 when I volunteered as a birth companion. Since then, I've had the privilege of accompanying numerous parents through the transformative stages of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. This includes providing support to individuals navigating various challenges, such as loss, perinatal mental health concerns, involvement with child welfare services, newcomers adjusting to parenthood, and those facing fertility issues.

Recognizing that every family's journey is unique, I am committed to offering personalized support, taking into account the diverse needs and circumstances that individuals and couples may encounter during this transformative time. I find immense fulfillment in being a part of each family's story, providing a supportive presence, and empowering them to navigate the complexities of pregnancy and early parenting.
